The license cancellation service allows owners of licensed commercial establishments to officially cancel their licenses. This is applicable when the owner decides to cease business operations or no longer requires the license. The service facilitates the closure of business activities while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations during the license cancellation process.
Service Level Agreement
1. Access the online portal:
- Log in via the Ministry of Energy portal using the Unified National Access or registration credentials.
2. Select the service:
- From the licenses list, choose the license to be canceled from the active licenses (marked in green).
- View the license and proceed with the cancellation.
- A confirmation message will appear.
3. Track the request:
- The consumer can track the request status through the account dashboard.
4. License Cancellation:
- Upon approval, the petroleum trade license is canceled electronically.
- A valid petroleum trade license must be available.
