Service Level Agreement
1. Access the online portal:
- Log in via the Ministry of Energy portal using the Unified National Access or registration credentials.
2. Select the service:
- From the list of electronic services, select 'New License Issuance'.
3. Fill out the request:
- Select the establishment.
- Enter sector information.
- Enter license details.
- Enter product details.
- Upload all required documents and files.
4. Review and submit the request:
- Review the data and ensure its accuracy, then submit the request.
5. Track the request:
- The consumer can track the request status through the account dashboard.
6. License Issuance:
- Upon approval, the petroleum product trading license is issued electronically and can be downloaded and printed.
