This service allows owners of licensed import and export establishments to issue the necessary customs permits for legally importing or exporting petroleum products. Service Level Agreement
1. Access the online portal:
- Log in via the Ministry of Energy portal using the Unified National Access or registration credentials.
2. Select the service:
- From the list of electronic services, select the 'Permit Issuance' service.
3. Fill out the request:
- Select the permit type (Import or Export).
- A list of active licenses in the selected sector (Import or Export) will be displayed.
- Upload all required documents (listed below).
4. Review and submit the request:
- Review the data and ensure its accuracy, then submit the request.
5. Track the request:
- The consumer can track the request status through the account dashboard.
6. Permit Issuance:
- Upon approval, the permit is issued electronically and can be downloaded and printed.
- A valid license for the import and export sector.
