Transaction Inquiry
サービスを開始This service enables beneficiaries to check the status of a previously submitted transaction by completing an online inquiry form with the relevant transaction details. After submitting the request, beneficiaries will receive an SMS containing a link to view the real-time status and latest updates of their transaction. Provided electronically, without the need to visit the office.

1. Sign In:
Access the Ministry of Energy portal and sign in using the National Single Sign-On service or your registered account.

2. Select the Service:
- After signing in, you will see a list of your previous transactions (if any).
- To submit a new inquiry, select "New Transaction Inquiry". A request form will appear.

3. Complete the Inquiry Form
Provide accurate and complete information in all required fields:
- Beneficiary type
- Entity name
- Ministry of Energy incoming reference number
- Transaction number
- Transaction date
- Mobile number
- Review the information carefully before clicking "Submit".

4. Track Your Request:
You will receive an SMS at the mobile number provided, containing a hyperlink.
Use this link to track the status of your transaction and view any updates.
