The reports and complaints service is an integrated platform that allows users to submit all types of reports to the Partner Service Center at the Ministry of Energy. These reports are processed and resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible, while ensuring compliance with best practices and internationally recognized standards.

Service Level Agreement

1. Access the online portal:

  • Log in via the Ministry of Energy portal using the Unified National Access or registration credentials.

2. Fill out the request:

  • Enter your details (e.g., ID number, first and last name, phone number).
  • Provide all necessary information in the request form (problem classification, sector, description, report location).

3. Attach required documents:

  • Upload supporting documents.

4. Review and submit the request:

  • Review the data for accuracy, then submit the request.

5. Track the request:

  • You can track the request status through the account dashboard.

6. Response:

  • The beneficiary will receive an electronic response.
  • No service requirements.
