에너지부는 바레인 왕국에서 1447년 주마다 알아키라월 17일부터 20일까지, 이에 해당하는 2025년 12월 8일부터 11일까지 「전략적 파트너십을 통한 경쟁력 강화」를 주제로 개최된 제19회 걸프 석유화학·화학산업 연합 포럼(GPCA)에 참가했다.
에너지부의 감독 하에 오늘 사우디아라비아의 4개 기업인 타카 회사, 아디스 홀딩 회사, 아라비안 드릴링 회사, 아랍 지구물리·측량 회사는 시리아 공화국 내 석유 및 가스전 분야의 서비스, 기술 지원, 개발 및 생산과 관련하여 시리아 석유회사와 협약을 체결하였다.
에너지부 장관이자 사우디-러시아 공동위원회 공동의장인 압둘아지즈 빈 살만 빈 압둘아지즈 알사우드 왕자와 러시아연방 부총리이자 공동위원회 공동의장인 알렉산더 노박이 오늘 리야드에서 사우디-러시아 투자 및 비즈니스 포럼을 개막하였다. 에너지부와 투자부가 주관한 본 포럼은 파이살 빈 파르한 외교부 장관이 참석한 가운데 개최되었으며, 사우디아라비아 왕국과 러시아연방 간의 경제 협력 강화를 목표로 양국의 고위 관계자, 전문가 및 투자자들이 한자리에 모였다.
에너지부 장관인 압둘아지즈 빈 살만 빈 압둘아지즈 왕자 전하와 러시아연방 부총리 각하 알렉산더 노박의 공동 주재 하에, 사우디아라비아 왕국과 러시아연방 간 무역·경제·과학·기술 협력을 위한 정부 합동위원회가 1447년 6월 10일(히즈라력), 2025년 12월 1일에 해당하는 날짜에 리야드에서 제9차 회의를 개최하였다.
석유수출국기구(OPEC) 플러스의 8개 회원국인 사우디아라비아, 러시아, 이라크, 아랍에미리트, 쿠웨이트, 카자흐스탄, 알제리, 오만은 2023년 4월과 11월에 추가 자발적 감산을 발표한 바 있으며, 2025년 11월 30일 화상회의를 열어 석유 시장의 동향과 향후 전망을 검토하였다.
협력 선언에 참여하는 석유수출국기구(OPEC) 회원국 및 역외 산유국들의 석유 시장 안정 유지에 대한 지속적인 의지를 고려하여, 참가국들은 다음과 같이 결정하였다:

Al Shuaibah 1 & 2 Solar Photovoltaic Independent Power Plant, with a total capacity of (2631) MW and situated in the south area of Jeddah in Al Shuaibah, is one of the Kingdom's largest strides in renewable energy.
The Sudair solar project, with a total capacity of (1500) MW, is Saudi Arabia's largest solar power plant in the Kingdom, with an investment amount of US $924 million. The plant is located in Sudair industrial city, around Saudi Arabia's capital Riyadh.
